Chloromancer healing RIFT?

Lewis Asked: Chloromancer healing RIFT?

Although i'm only level 20, it seems chloromancers cannot really be the main healer until lvl 32 as Lifegiving veil is AoE heals and Lifebound is for the single target.The synthesis only puts the damage to 60% healing then the upgrade for synthesis makes it up to 96% then the passive buff at lvl 32 takes it up to 148% (only for the 32 points) so is the chloromancer really viable until that level?
